2. Personal Information

As part of the registration process on the Site, N1 Nexora E-Payments Private Limited may collect:

• Name (First and Last), alternate email address, mobile phone number, contact details
• Postal code, demographic profile (age, gender, occupation, education, address, etc.)
• Browsing data such as pages visited, links clicked, frequency of access and related information

3. Eligibility

• Services are available only to select geographies in India.
• Persons “incompetent to contract” under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (including undischarged insolvents) are not eligible.
• If you are a minor under 18 but at least 13, you may use the Site only under supervision of a parent/guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
• Minors are prohibited from purchasing any material for adult consumption where sale to minors is prohibited.

4. License & Site Access

• Limited sub-license for personal use only; you may not download (except caching) or modify without written consent.
• No resale/commercial use of Site or contents; no collection/use of listings, descriptions, prices for commercial benefit.
• No data mining, robots, or similar extraction tools.
• No framing techniques to enclose trademarks/logos/proprietary information without written consent.
• Unauthorized use terminates permission or license.

5. Account & Registration Obligations

• Registration and login are required for placing orders.
• You must keep account and registration details current and correct for communications.
• By agreeing, you consent to receive promotional communication/newsletters (opt-out via “My Account” or customer service).

6. Pricing

• Products are sold at MRP unless otherwise specified.
• Prices at ordering are charged on delivery date.
• Some commodities/fresh food prices may change daily; no additional amount is collected or refunded if price differs on delivery.

7. Cancellation by Site / Customer

• You can cancel an order up to the cut-off time of the slot by calling customer service.
• If cancelled, payments already made are refunded.
• If fraud or transactions defying Terms are suspected, the Site may cancel orders at its discretion and may deny access to such users.

8. Return & Refunds

We have a “no questions asked” return and refund policy at the time of delivery if you are not satisfied with quality or freshness. Returned products are taken back and a credit note is issued for the returned value, credited to your account on the Site and usable for subsequent bills.

9. You Agree and Confirm

• In case of non-delivery due to your mistake (wrong name/address/other info), extra redelivery costs will be claimed from you.
• You will use the Site for lawful purposes and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• You will provide authentic information; the company may validate details and reject/debar if found untrue.
• You authorize GroceryMama to contact you for transactional purposes related to your order/account.
• You transact at your sole risk and apply prudent judgment.
• Delivery address provided will be correct and proper.
• You will check product description before ordering and agree to conditions of sale in the description.

10. Prohibited Uses

• Disseminating unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or objectionable material.
• Transmitting material encouraging criminal conduct/civil liability or violating laws/regulations.
• Unauthorized access to other computer systems.
• Interfering with others’ use/enjoyment of the Site.
• Breaching applicable laws.
• Interfering/disrupting networks or connected websites.
• Making/transmitting/storing electronic copies of copyrighted materials without permission.

11. Colours

We try to display product colours accurately, but actual colours may vary depending on your device/monitor.

12. Modification of Terms & Conditions

N1 Nexora E-Payments Private Limited may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. You should review the latest version regularly. If you continue using the Site, you are deemed to accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• This User Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
• Courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in proceedings arising out of this agreement.
• Disputes may be referred to an independent arbitrator appointed by the company; arbitration per Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).
• Arbitration shall be held in Hyderabad; High Court of judicature at Hyderabad alone shall have jurisdiction and Indian laws shall apply.

14. Reviews, Feedback, Submissions

All reviews/comments/feedback/submissions (“Comments”) remain the property of N1 Nexora E-Payments Private Limited. By submitting, you assign rights worldwide in copyrights and intellectual property. The company may use, reproduce, disclose, modify, publish, and distribute without restriction or compensation, and is not obliged to keep Comments confidential or respond.

• Comments must not violate third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.) or be unlawful/abusive/obscene.
• No viruses, campaigning, solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, spam.
• Reviews are subject to moderation; the company may publish/not publish and may edit/remove comments.
• You must not use a false email, impersonate, or mislead origin; you are responsible and agree to indemnify for claims.

15. Copyright & Trademark

• All intellectual property in text, programs, processes, technology, content, etc. is reserved.
• Personal, non-commercial use only; copying/storing in whole/part beyond personal use is prohibited without permission.
• Trademarks/service marks/logos belong to the company or respective owners; access does not grant license.
• Third-party links are provided for convenience; the company is not responsible for third-party content.
• Any reproduction/modification/distribution/transmission/republication/display/performance of contents is strictly prohibited.

16. Objectionable Material

You may encounter content deemed offensive/indecent/objectionable. You use the Site at your own risk; to the fullest extent permitted, the company and affiliates have no liability for such content.

17. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the company and its officers/employees/agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your actions/inactions, breaches, violations of law, IP rights, dues/taxes, defamation, privacy/publicity rights, etc. This clause survives termination.
